In fact, that’s why she began her mindfulness studies because at 22 she was diagnosed with a debilitating anxiety disorder.

Flash forward to 2011. When I was pregnant after 3 miscarriages, I used every mindfulness strategy I knew to be in the moment and savour the gifts of my pregnancy & delivery of our beloved Alexander.
